S.D. Muni is a senior research fellow at the Institute of South Asian Studies, NUS, Singapore. He was the Director Research (International) at ORF (2006-2007). He has also served as India's special envoy and was the ambassador to Laos.Suranjan Das has been professor in the Department of History of the University of Calcutta, and is currently the vice-chancellor of the same.
